Pre-inspection Comparable Searches
We do not typically do pre-inspection comparable searches. We will
for a $50 fee conduct a pre-inspection comparable search. If the
comparable search results lead to an appraisal order, the $50 fee for the
comparable search will be applied to the cost of the appraisal.
Fees are quoted by Stan Gordon on apartment buildings of three or more units, farm appraisals and all commercial appraisals.
Appraisals of these types will be higher for outside city limits of Mattoon/Charleston and outside of Coles County due to travel and research expenses.
